We have three buildings in downtown Edinburgh - check out our Facebook page for photographs and discounts to see which location is right for you!Nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Canonmills, Beaverbank offers clean rooms filled with natural light and stylish furnishings. It is a 10-minute walk from the east end of Prince Street and a 25-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. There is a free shuttle service every hour from 11am to 10pm to George Square (the center of the festival). For those travelling by car, parking is available in an indoor garage for �5 a day. All of the rooms are ensuite (private bathroom for each room) with 3/4 double beds and electronic door locks. Each flat has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and a large living room. Building amenities include a public roof terrace, coin-operated laundry, and bicycle storage. We have 24-hour reception, but please notify us in advance if you have a late check-in after 10pm. Reservations can be adjusted or cancelled without penalty 7 days prior to your check-in date. Please note that no changes can be made within 7 days of your check-in date, as you will be responsible for the full cost of the reservation. Linens are provided free of charge, and towel rentals are available for �5. Storage lockers are available for free, but please remember to bring your own lock. All bedrooms have one 3/4 double bed, are en suite, with a private bathroom containing a shower (no bath), sink, and toilet. - private bedroom (single): for 1 person, w/ private bathroom- private bedroom (double): for 2 people, w/ private bathroom- 4-bedroom flat: private flat w/ 4 bedrooms for up to 8 guests- 5-bedroom flat: private flat w/ 5 bedrooms for up to 10 guests- 6-bedroom flat: private flat w/ 6 bedrooms for up to 12 guests |

Beaverbank is located at 17 Beaverbank Place in downtown Edinburgh. Directions are available here: http://goo.gl/maps/0KVxaFrom the airport, take the Airlink bus for £3.50 to the last stop (Waverley Station). Walk north (away from the Castle) to St. Andrew's Square towards Queen St/York Place. Turn right onto Queen St and walk towards the roundabout. Take the first left at the roundabout onto Broughton Street, continue down the hill for 10 minutes, continuing straight through the roundabout at London Street onto Mansfield Place, and continue onto Bellevue. This turns into Rodney Place (still B901). At the London Barber Shop, make a right on Broughton Road. Walk down Broughton Road for 2 blocks, and you will see Beaverbank Place on your left.
