'This new hostel is beautifully housed in 18th century gentleman's club right on the swift flowing River Fergus. Some of the bright and airy rooms have fab balconies overlooking the water.
The 150 beds are spread over rooms from 1 to 14 people, mostly with private bathrooms. Common areas are superb and there is a lauded cafebar.'

Rowan Tree Hostel is a brand new facility in the centre of Ennis offering quality budget accommodation in a fully restored Georgian building built in 1740 and originally the Clare County Club a gentleman's club for the aristocrats of County Clare.
Ennis is a vibrant medieval town in the West of Ireland renowned for it's lively pubs and seriously good Irish music scene. Only 20 minutes from Shannon airport it is the ideal base to explore Co. Clare, The Burren and the Cliffs of Moher.
Rowan Tree has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and is a real favourite with the many musicians that come to play in Ennis. All of the facilities are brand new and include a licensed Cafe Bar, coffee shop, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, plus TV Lounges and free WIFI and Internet access.

Choose from a variety of rooms including double, twin,family rooms and dorms, mostly with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are modern and spacious, some overlooking the beautiful river Fergus which meanders through the centre of Ennis town. We provide all the bed linen,cozy duvets and fluffy pillows.
