From Francisco Sa Carneiro Airport (Oporto) exit towards Vila do Conde and Viana do Castelo A3 - 45 km after the airport you will find an exit to the right that says Esposende.
After the output to Esposende will go through three roundabouts and at third roundabout follow the signs from the beach of Esposende in the North, along the river Cávado. On this road you will find on the right tour, the indication of Aparthotel Pinhal da Foz.
