I agree with the other reviewer who wrote that pillow and blanket stank. The beds also sag/ are worn. But the staff, location, character and hot showers make up for it. Overall great hostel!

The hostel was in a good location not far from the main street. Security was lax but they provided lockers and keys for valuables. Low points for cleanliness; pillow and blankets stank and had stains, and the property's dog tended to do its business around the hostel. Had a minor tiff with the manager over cancellation policies, but it got sorted out because the owner came by later on.
