Come and live life like the Moroccans in an apartment 2 minutes* from the MedinaYou can make yourself at home in my place - it's like staying with friends or relatives. I will give you maps, information not in the guidebooks and handy hints for your stay. I can organise little outings for you and you can come & go as you please. Coffee and teas are on-tap and you can use the kitchen as you would at home. Or I can cook for you including vegetarian & vegan .You're closer to the best parts of the beach than the medina. The medina can be noisy at night and being just outside it's a lot quieter, my place is tranquil and always cool. I live here too so I'm always around to help/advise. *by taxi & costs only 6/7 dirham (50p .5 euro $1 US)

If you make your own way...Whether you get off the bus at the Supratours office or another bus at the gare routier, flag down a petit taxi, little blue cars. It will only cost 6 dirham before 8pm and 8 dirham after for the trip, NOT per person.Ask for the l'ecole de coiffure (hairdressing school) a cote de Shebi'. It's only 5 minutes and off the main road. The road opposite the hairdressing school is Rue Hamadani, although there's no sign, and my place is the 5th house door on the right. There's a little sign to the left of the door at the bell, if the kids haven't pulled it off again!There's a good map to download and details on my website
