1)Unpleasant staff in the kitchen 2) There is no place,except outdoor,to have a discussion with friends (security closed all indoors rooms, if it cold-it`s really problem)

There were to many old people for a youth hostel. It's clear, that they snore very loud through the night. At 2:30am, I was asking the staff to move in another room because I could not sleep. They told me, that all beds are occupied. This was a lie, more than half of the rooms were clearly empty! But they did not want to open a fresh room for only one person. We left the hostel after one horrible night.
