no Children are catered for except when accompanied by at least 1 Adult ;
Main House strictly no smoking ; but is allowed 24/7 on Verandahs & in detached Cottage & BunkHouse, both of which have 4 Bunk beds each ;
as I am deaf all Visitors press both Door Chimers at end of East Verandah 12/7
