Very nice, helpful staff. Hotel is quite elderly with a pretty, dangerous spiral staircase. Unfortunately, our room had an ingrained smell of cigarette smoke, forcing us to sleep with the windows open each night. victoria, from USA ~ 3rd Jan 2009
