Koringberg Accommodation in Franschhoek offers two affordable and smart rooms facing a secluded garden with mountain views and a quiet setting. Expect a sparkling clean bathroom with super shower. Ideal accommodation for a family (parents plus up to 2 children), or for up to four adults travelling together and sharing. We gladly rent out any one of our two rooms to a single couple (to protect your privacy the other room is not rented out). We are located in a cul-de-sac 1.3km from the village centre (Lat. 33-54-32.38 South; Long. 19-07-49.41 East). Our two adjoining fully carpeted rooms, each with a private entrance and picture windows, have a shady private patio. Our GARDEN ROOM has a comfortable double bed and sleeper couch. Our SONKAMER (�Sunny room�) has two single beds. 1 � private bathrooms with shower. In-room towels, hair-dryer, fan, radio-clock, WiFi on demand. Guests have exclusive use of a small kitchen suitable for light snacks (microwave oven, kettle, toaster, under-counter fridge, crockery, cutlery and glassware). Complimentary coffee & tea are provided. Table & chairs on the patio. Our property is non-smoking. Secure off-street parking. Barbeque in the garden is available on request. •Driving from Cape Town you approach Franschhoek on the R45 which runs directly into Franschhoek's main street - travel time from Cape Town International Airport is approximately 1 hour.
•Driving along the main street pass on your left the Dutch Reformed Church, then the Town Hall, ABSA Bank, a shopping complex, and the Post Office.
•At the Post Office turn left into Reservoir Street.
•Continue up Reservoir Street, passing on your left the school rugby field, then AGRIMARK, and the Tennis Club, to reach the very last side-street off Reservoir Street: Calais Street, a short cul-de-sac.
