Great location with plenty of places to visit. Set in nice gardens with plenty of seating. However, balcony had not been cleaned for probably weeks, dead beetles etc. Groups of youths not controlled; running round and screaming, making a nuisance of themselves and food/drink discarded everywhere. Tables and chairs outside were dirty. Breakfast ok. Ein Gedi hostel much better and cleaner. They have 6 coaches of army youths and youths on Israeli experience, however, no disruption from anyone.
