From the airport you can take a cheap bus to Parque Santa Catalina, then walk to the main beach (Las Canteras) and walk towards the south for 800 mts. along the promenade
Taking a taxi from Santa Catalina bus station would cost less than 7 Euros.
You could also take a bus from San Telmo bus Station and tell the driver to let you off near Hotel Dunas (Eurostars)
