We stayed in the private which was a bit away from the main hostel (which had the breakfast, internet, laundry, and presumably the social interaction). However, we we extremely pleased with our private which was more like a shared house than an hostel. Open kitchen, comfortable TV room, great upstairs bedroom with bathroom right down the hall. Wonderful staff who cleaned in the AM. Only downfall was the distance from the central area but still excellent for a few days to explore the Albayzin Nicole, from USA ~ 28th Jun 2009

The location was perfect. It was located right in the Albayzin, and only about 10/15 minute walk to the center of Granada. The staff was very nice, but the first night we did have a room in the main hostel building. We would have been fine with this, but the other building was uncomfortable and seemed a bit sleazy. Overall, though, it was a good experience. Kaela, from USA ~ 13th Apr 2009
