From the highway (Circunvalacion) take the way out no129 'Centro / Recogidas'. In the roundabout take the exit Calle Neptuno, via City Center. Go straight on and enter Calle Recogidas and continue straight. Enter Calle Reyes Católicos. As a hotel guest, you are allowed to pass through it.
