The land around Casale Agriletizia is completely fenced in. The outside area comprises: swimming pool 14 x 7m, small children's play area, barbeque, garden with garden furniture, parking, shared washing machine (extra fee).Wi-fi connection is available in the common areas outside. A path leading directly from the grounds takes you along a pretty route to cool off near the delightful little waterfalls (400m). Coming from the south (Rome): Dual Carriageway SS1-Aurelia, take the exit for GAVORRANO SCALO (to arrive see below*)

(The A12 ends at Rosignano Marittimo; continue in the direction of Grosseto/Roma SS1 AURELIA, take the exit for GAVORRANO SCALO), follow the direction of LAGO ACCESA/MASSA MARITTIMA SP49, for 5km then turn left onto a track (signposted 'Forni dell�Accesa'). After around 600m you will see the gate to Casale Agriletizia at the very end of the track.
