We were only travelling through Guatemala City. Our flight arrive late in the evening and we were happy to see someone from the hostel to pick us up. Good location if you come from the airport or have to go there. They provide a free minibus-shuttle service that will pick you up from the airport or drop you off there. Another plus is that the staff was overall very helpful. Arnd, from Germany ~ 6th Sep 2009
