It's on a VERY small street in the Old Quarter, but once you find it, it's in a good location - very close to the lake and the market. The woman who runs it also runs a tour company out of the front desk so she's a little pushy about selling things - but if you can handle saying no, it's not so bad! Ashley, from USA ~ 4th Feb 2009

The place was reasonably clean, but you would not want to stay in the room unless you absolutely have to. There was no lock on the balcony door and we could walk to the other room and vice verse easily. The people was more concerned about whether we stayed with them when in Hanoi.
