One woman in particular on the staff is incredibly helpful. Her English is great, she's more than happy to do anything you need, and she's well informed about tours and so forth in the area. As long as you don't mind rather dark and dingy surroundings (typical of many of the Old Quarter buildings), the friendliness and assistance are well worth the cheap price.
