The staff is helpful, the room is very clean... arrange very good trip for us to Sapa.. cheap and nice.. when we come back from Sapa, they let us have free breakfast and take a shower. Take very good care of us... will come agian next time.. yian yee, from Malaysia ~ 2nd Jul 2009
