Eco Hostel Hawaii provides accommodation to travelers on a budget. Our facility is staged on 6 acres of Ohia Lehua rainforest, just outside of the Puna forest reserve.
Welcome, you have arrived! Your experience means everything to us. We have crafted our land around the principles of permaculture. Eco Hostel Hawaii is a six acre tropical oasis located on Hawaii's Big Island! We are centrally located in relation to all of The Big Isand's east side attractions, offering economical travel arrangements and accomodation packages to international backpackers and tourists. Additionally, we invite those who have an interest in or have skills in permaculture, agriculture, aquaculture and other sustainable systems to join us as resident interns. Our home is yours! The Big Island of Hawaii - Hilo side We are centrally located in relation to all of the east side attractions on The Big Island. We are only 20 minutes from Volcanoes national park, 15 different beaches, active lava flows and more! We offer tours and economical accomodations. We are a working farm and developing hostel. Camping is our current level of accomodation. Rate is $25 per night.
