I had a nice stay at this hotel. They have nice rooms and you get new sheets and towels everyday. I think the staff are not very friendly, except for 1 girl. If you want to book a tour, shop around first before you book it at their travel agency. I asked about a private car + driver to My Son and they asked 40 USD. I got it for 20 USD somewhere else and the trip was fine. Also, check your bill before you pay it, cause they tried to overcharge me 10 USD.

Desk staff were a bit unfriendly, but bar and restaurant staff were always smiley and talkative. Reasonably clean room, average price, nice little pool, and good free cocktails at happy hour, but all in all a bit far from everything in town. Next time I would look for a place a bit closer.

I have been travelling in Asia every year since 2002 and this is the first time that I have been so dissappointed in a hostel or hotel. This little hotel could be a pearl but for the staff. The location is ok, a 10-15 minute walk in to the center of Hoi An and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Unfortunatly (and we were not the only ones)felt that the staff was totally uninterested in caring about their customers or their own image. They changed their minds about everything from on

I got wowed into the look of the hotel on the booking site and the hotel does have this view but from the side of the hotel and not really as good as it looks. The location is not 400 metres to the centre of town, possibly to the edge of town. Although you can hire a motorbike or bicycle to get to town if you would like to. The roomes were clean enough and despite the power cuts, the air con did work when requested, even if it had to be reset occasionally. Having said all this, it was a good pla

Great location, helpful staff but beware when they recommand a tailor shop it ended up being much more expensive than anywhere else and te choice of fabric was not that great... Swimming pool is bigger than I thought. Happy hour.
