You won't find a Banyan Courtyard at any other hostel in Waikiki. That's difference #1. You won't be charged for storage, for breakfast, linen, towels or internet access. That's difference #2. We won't try to sell you anything, extras that we do offer, are offered at our cost, for your convenience, not for our profit. That's difference #3.

Whether sharing cooking duties for a meal in our central kitchen, having a pleasant conversation with new found friends in our comfortable Banyan Courtyard, or Skyping with loved ones and family back home we can be your base of exploration while in Hawaii.

We are one of the smallest, and the only, family owned and run hostel in Waikiki. We like to party, but party doesn't get in the way of what you really came here to do, which is to explore these unique and beautiful islands. We strive to create an environment where you can be among friends, both old and new, yet still get enough sleep to charge ahead tomorrow.

We are situated on Seaside Avenue which is at the geographic center of Waikik between Kuhio Avenue which is the main bus route and Ala Wai Boulevard which runs alongside the Ala Wai canal. We are a 3 block walk to the beach with the main bus route and direct airport shuttle service almost at our doorstep.

We have eight dorm rooms with from four to eight beds and between. All Dorm Beds Have Privacy Curtains. All except our lowest cost dorms have a lockable storage locker for each guest. All Dorm Beds Have Privacy Curtains Around Each Bed - Get A Great Night's Sleep ! The 4 & 6 Bed Dorms Have Individual Storage Cabinets. Office Hours 8 AM to 12 PM and 4 PM to 10 PM. Open through the afternoon in busy seasons. Check-In from 4 PM until 12:30 AM
