Ibiza Budget Beds is not the name of an accommodation but our low cost product for international backpackers on Ibiza Island.
OUR GUARANTEES AND BASIC CONDITIONS: * no dorms * always private ensuite (i.e. shower or bathtub and toilet facilities in your room) * accommodation in a hostel, hotel, apartment or chalet, situated in San Antonio or San Antonio Bay * most accommodation are very close to the reception of the Florida Hotel and never further away than 2.5 kilometres (about 1.6 miles) * meals are NOT mandatory and NOT included in the price * bus or taxi transfers are NOT included in the price * all taxes are included in the price Upon arrival please come to the reception of the Florida Hotel (Carrer de Ramón i Cajal, 2), if no other arrangements have been made before in written, and our staff will assign you a room, studio or apartment at one of our properties! ________________________________________ It is NOT necessary to phone the hotel to confirm your booking as it is already guaranteed!!! You also do NOT need to phone us in case that your flight or ferry is delayed; our reception is open 24 hours a day. ________________________________________ Important information for guests travelling on night flights or night ferries! Please keep in mind that the standard check-in-time is 4.00 p.m. of the booked and confirmed day of arrival. We strongly recommend all guests who are travelling on night flights or night ferries to also book the preceding night! Example: You leave your home country on Friday evening and the flight arrives in Ibiza on Saturday in the early morning hours at 1.00 a.m.; according to international hotel rules and procedures you cannot check-in before Saturday afternoon, if the unit is confirmed for Saturday! However, if you book in advance your studio or apartment for Friday, we shall make it possible for you to check-in immediately at night (without waiting so many hours). And in case you leave on a night flight or ferry and you do not want to check-out by 12.00 noon on the day of your departure, you should also make a reservation for the following night as there is no courtesy room available!!! If you are travelling on night flights and wish to book the preceding night for immediate check-in, please enter the exact date of the preceding night in the reservation system!' ________________________________________ Our cancellation policy is that you are able to cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the date of your arrival (except prepaid and non-refundable tariffs). Please note that this period starts 24 hours before the DATE of your arrival NOT YOUR ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME. In some cases, given different time zones, this could be up to 48 hours before your arrival date. You must inform us about your cancellation in time to avoid a no-show charge or a late cancellation charge. This charge is the total of the first night's accommodation cost and will be charged to your credit card if you do not notify us in time. If you cancel all or part of the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel any individual night during your stay, then the deposit for that night will be not be refunded or transferred. ________________________________________ The payment for accommodation booked at non-prepaid tariff has to be settled in full latest upon arrival. You can pay by cash (in Euros) or credit card (VISA, Master, Eurocard or Maestro/Switch). Please note: We do not accept any personal cheques. |

Upon arrival please come to the reception of The RED Hotel (previously known as Florida Hotel) at Carrer de Ramón i Cajal, 2 in San Antonio, if no other arrangements have been made before in written, and our staff will assign you a room, studio or apartment at one of our properties!
IBIZA AIRPORT (IBZ):
# Taxi: In front of the airport terminal you will find a taxi rank. During the day you will pay approximately EUR 30-35 for the transport (up to four people) to the hotel (21 kilometres). At night (from 9.00 p.m. till 6.00 a.m.) and on Sundays or bank holidays a supplement will be charged. All taxis use a taximeter.
# Bus: In front of the airport terminal you will find a bus stop (bus no 10). Take this bus to the terminus in Ibiza town (Av. Isidor Macabich), change to bus no 03 to San Antonio and get off the bus at the new terminus for a very short walk of one or two minutes to The RED Hotel (previously known as Florida Hotel).
# Direct airport bus service (in summer only): In front of the airport terminal you will find a bus stop (bus no 9). Take this bus to San Antonio and get off the bus at the new terminus for a very short walk of one or two minutes to The RED Hotel (previously known as Florida Hotel).

HARBOUR IN IBIZA TOWN:
# Taxi: In front of the harbour terminal you will find a taxi rank. During the day you will pay approximately EUR 20-25 for the transport (up to four people) to the hotel (17 kilometres). At night (from 9.00 p.m. till 6.00 a.m.) and on Sundays or bank holidays a supplement will be charged. All taxis use a taximeter.
# Bus: You can also go by bus from Ibiza harbour to San Antonio, but first you have to walk about ten minutes or more! Keep right when you leave the ferry. After crossing the Avenida Santa Eularia des Riu, enter the Avenida Bartomeu Rossello and follow this street which later changes its name to Avenida Isidor Macabich. The terminus of Ibiza town is situated in the Avenida Isidor Macabich on the right. Take bus no. 03 to San Antonio and get off the bus at the new terminus for a very short walk of one or two minutes to The RED Hotel (previously known as Florida Hotel).

HARBOUR IN SAN ANTONIO:
# Taxi: In front of the harbour terminal you will find taxis. You will pay approximately EUR 4-5 for the transport to the hotel.
# Walking: You have to walk about twelve minutes or more! Keep right when you leave the ferry and go into the direction of the promenade Paseo Mar�timo. Before reaching the egg monument at the roundabout, turn left into the Carrer de Ramón i Cajal which is in front of The RED Hotel.
