- From Miyanoura port to the hostel: 1.Walk to main street (on your left at port), turn left at the first traffic light and walk straight about 100m. 2.Turn left in front of the red signed taxi company(まつばんだ交通）and walk straight about 200m. 3. You will see our hostel on your left, one story compact building. - From Anbo port or Yakushima airport to the hostel 1.Take a bus for Miyanoura port or Nagata. *The last connecting bus from Anbo port at 18:44. 2.Get off at Miyanourako-iriguchi bus stop. 3.Walk back 30m to the red signed taxi company(まつばんだ交通）, turn left and walk straight about 200m. 4. You will see our hostel on your left, one story compact building*Tourist information is open 9AM - 17:30PM in the Miyanoura Port ferry terminal. You can get the directions to the hostel and more information about Yakushima island.

Yakushima Island, which is registered as a World Ntural Heritage, is located 60km south of Kyushu mainland.Yakushima is one Japan's great outdoor field.Hiking to the acient ceader trees, moss covered forests and high mountains are popular.Also you can enjoy water activities like swimming, snorkeling, sucuba diving, kayaking, shower climbing and more.There are a lot of places to see.Don't forget to consider going nice onsens (hotsprings) and big waterfalls.
