This is a luxurious family orientated 5 bedroomed bungalow situated at the gateway to the Gap of Dunloe (a glaciated valley). We are Bord Failte approved and a non smoking home. Our rates include varied breakfast menu, private car park, outdoor picnic area, hair dryers, irons/ironing boards, under floor heating and TV & wireless free broadband. Supermarket, grocery shop, post office are within 1 km away and our local taxi service is just a phone call away.This family run business is owned by John & Nora Ferris and their 3 teenage children. We have a great interest is music and enjoy a sing song by the fireside. Our emphasis is on a friendly personal service to enhance a comfortable relaxing stay for you and yours to enjoy. We can arrange for you to be picked up by jaunting car from our home so you can enjoy a traditional trip or horse back ride through the Gap of Dunloe.

rom Killarney take the N72 road to Killorglin/Ring of Kerry. Pass Hotel Europe and Fossa church. Take the net junction left marked Glencar and Gap of Dunloe. Take next left at staggered cross roads after Dunloe Castle Hotel. The Ferris Wheel is on right side before you come within 0.5km of Kate Kearneys Cottage. 8 km from Killarney town centre. Close to Ring of Kerry N72 and Beara Peninsula and Dingle.Our location is perfect for visiting the entire South West corner of Ireland with spectacular routes such as the Iveragh Ring of Kerry), Dingle and Beara peninsulas. We are also just 5 minutes walk from of the world renowned Kate Kearney\'s cottage where you will find a bar/restaurant with live traditional music nightly (seasonal) Local activities include walking, hiking, hill walking, climbing, mountaineering, cycling, lake/river fishing & top class golf courses nearby. For climbers we are ideally situated at the base of the MacGillicuddy Reeks for those who want to challenge Irelands highest mountain Carrauntohill (3414ft)
