A newly opened Backpackers Place in Brickfields, Malaysia's Little India, we can assure you we are clean. A good base for your KL adventure and an excellent jumping off point for your South East Asean exploration we take care of you so you can have fun. We honour diversity. Comfortable and cosy you can rest. assured. We offer free R2B2 wheelie tours which allows you to experiance KL through the eyes of the locals. Take the road less travelled, and you can discover the traditional and experimental arts, learn about our local history and cultural diversity by linking and meeting with Friends of PODs. A health conscious hostel, we have a no smoking on premises policy, and encourage recycling. Pure Vegetarian food available across the street. All our toilets are shared and POD rooms are partitioned with walls that do not reach the ceiling. Our hostel has a strict no smoking in common area, rooms and dorm policy. |

Find your way to KL Sentral. From there make your way out of the building heading towards the Tun Sambathan Main Road.
- if the bus drops you at the arrival terminal gate, walk into the building, look for the exit to TUN SAMBATHAN, head towards an escalator that takes you down to a temporary construction walkway.
- if the bus drops you off right where the temporary construction walkway is, follow the crowd and head towards the main road to Jalan TUN SAMBATHAN
walk down the road until you get to the main traffic lights at somewhere that looks like a T- Junction. Cross the road and walk past Public Bank on your right and a petrol station on your left. Take the first right turn after Old Town White Coffee and keep going straight towards Hotel Sentral. We are allocated on the same block as the hotel, right at the end.
Located Near
PODs, the Backpackers Home is opposite KL sentral, the transportation hub of Kuala Lumpur. Buses, trains, monorail, LRT, KTM and taxi's are easily found. Hence travelling to local attractions such as The Golden Triangle, China Town (walking distance), Mid valley, Lake Gardens, Thean Hou Temple and the National Museum or links connecting to other states in the country is very convenient. Located just behind the main road, we are accessible yet away from the main hustle and bustle of traffic. There are a huge number of local food stores available in the area, as well as banks, money changers, post office, whole sale liquor outlets and 24 hour convenience stores. A must try for local foods is the Cappati at Cappati House, Banana Leaf rice and famous pork noodles. For an Indian Vegetarian Fine Dining experience, ask us about Annalakshmi, they provide good food for a minimum donation.
