About Wheelers Guest House

Wheelers Guest House is one of Kuala Lumpur's original backpacker hostels, and offers some of the cheapest accommodation rates in the city. We have comfortable beds in colourful private rooms with shared facilities.

We are located in the city centre in vibrant Chinatown, an interesting, cultural area and a great place for cheap and tasty food. Bukit Bintang, KL's premier business, commercial and entertainment district is nearby, with a vast range of shops, restaurants and bars. We are located close to Pasar Seni LRT station, which provides a quick and cheap way to get around the city.

We have several common areas at the hostel where guests can relax and get to know each other, including a rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a beer bar, a healthy food café (serving up treats like muesli and homemade yoghurt), a BBQ area (where you can learn to cook Malaysian-style satay), a TV lounge with satellite television and more than 100 DVDs and a smoking area.

Every Friday from 6pm we host a popular free dinner party, where guests can help themselves to as much delicious food as they please.

Good Location and the staff are very friend and willing to help and suggest things to do. The Hostel itsself is very dark and being in the middle of china town very dirty, rooms are basic with no windows, but for the price what do you expect. Elinor, from England ~ 11th Nov 2009

When booking online there's no option to choose between AC and fan room, so upon arrival, we found out we booked a fan room so we switched to an AC room for RM25 more per night. Room was near Reggae Bar outside and it can be quite loud at night. Manager was very friendly and helpful. My only complain is 2 out of 4 toilet stalls do not have working locks.
