The hot water didn´t work for two days. The first night we got there, they put us in the wrong room. The hostel felt unclean and damp all the time. There is not anything to do around the hostel nor is there anything to do in Las Palmas. All in all, the price for the hostel was appropriate, if that gives you perspective.

The owner tried giving us back out money two minutes after we had signed in and payed! just because he had other more special customers coming in. So disrespectful!

Its great if you just want a place to sleep. The staff don't really speak any english. the location is good close.

One of the best quality/price of the island, in a good, central but quiet location, near shops, supermarkets, department store, the staff is kind, the beautiful beach of Las Canteras within a little walking on feet.
