This was a fantastic Hostel, relaxing after our long flights and a really quirky little place. Francis is AMAZING every hostel should have one! So helpful and got our bus tickets for us and helped us with our Hostel bookings. I defintely reccomend this hostel. xx

Only the owner "Francis" can speak English, and otherwise you need to speek Spanish. Good service, location and security with very special decorations. Room was clean, and acceptable to stay. The owner recommanded his "friends" in Nazca, Arequipa, Puno, & Cuzco. We went to his friend "Anthony" in Nazca for flight, and felt we were over-charged. Then, we found other tours more satisfied at other cities. Therefore, his recommandations are not always good. Be careful all the time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Albergue Miraflores House. We have experience with different hostels in different countries and this hostel was definitely among the best ones. Francis and Gladise (sorry if we mispelled your names, guys) were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are rather small, but clean, and the living room is just fabulous.

my room smell so bad i can't even explain something must to be done , maybe change the carpet or something like, everything was good the staff , the location , very nice people.
Dear Analaura: well my friend I have a report you come the first night drunk at 7:30 in the morning, was good for me, but you refuse to our personal clean and open your room all the day until you back again at 20:00 hours of course the room smell bad because was with close windows with out ventilation of the room, is that the reason why you dont think these first before write your comment my friend because you speack with me and tell me was everything good like you write for our attention, but if write this cain of comments somebody else could be think we give you a bad attention when you made the request to dont clean your room, and you leave again return from the party the next morning, there is the reason that smell.
