We reserved a double bed with ensuite and we got no bathroom at all and a single bed. The matress was the age of the city with a thickness of 1/2 inch. We arrived in the middle of the night and have no choice to keep that room. No toilet paper, no Toilet seat. Sometime no hot water. No towel. Nothing was included.
