Very poor rooms, common bathroom, it's all enough clean. Hostel is in a wonderful position, near to the centre e really close to bairro alto, perfect for enjoying the night! People are really really kind! nicoletta, from Italy ~ 25th Oct 2009

We wanted a simple double-bed room, being in a calm, quiet place, with possibility to take a shower , rest, have a good sleep. Almost everything was perfect here - the only problem was the noise from the street in the early morning. And yes, as everybody else commented there are a LOT of stairs to get there. But the location is excellent and you can easily access Lisbon's public transport from there. Also very nice (and some chic) restaurants are around. JOAO, from Brazil ~ 7th Jul 2009
