a beautiful hostel on the top floor right above "A Brasileira", very close to Bairro Alto, the old tram runs across the square, very, very friendly and helpful staff, I really recommend this place

The private rooms are at 5 minutes walk from the dormitory, and the reception for the privates is opened only from 9 to 17...if you arrive later you'll have to go to the dormitory location and then come back! wich is not really good, expecially carrying all the baggage...

I stayed in one of their double rooms, which is at a location a few blocks from the dorm rooms. Everything was good. The room we had was the worst in the building- only a small skylight, so that was frustrating. The location is great as are the staff and facilities!
