Comfortable,family run, no-smoking guest house just three miles from the city centre of Liverpool and two miles from the football grounds of Liverpool (Anfield) and Everton (Goodison). PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT IN THE CITY CENTRE. There is a frequent bus to the city centre. All rooms are private but are not ensuite, however, the three rooms we have share two bathrooms.Please note the double bedded room is on the ground floor with the bathrooms being on the first. There is free WiFi available. Each room has Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities plus a fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast is included in the price and a cooked breakfast is available at a small cost of �3. We are child and pet friendly and cater for special diets. Visa and Master Card Accepted Debit card Accepted Guests have to book the whole room. Extra adults will be charged �19 and children half price at �9. |

To travel from Lime Street Mainline station you can take a number 12, 13 or 15 bus from Queen's Square bus station which is opposite the station. Ask the driver for Green Lane/West Derby and get off outside the Iceland supermarket. You need to walk down the road to the side, called Victoria Road to the end and right in front of you is our property, a green and white house.
