The best thing of the hostel is the location. The staff is friendly but the whole building is run down, and the cleanliness is very very deficient. The information provided is not accurate: there aren't bathrooms on each floor as stated, the cooking facilities are not sufficient with a kitchen very small, only one stove for all the guests, no extractor hood and almost no ventilation. The price is OK for London but a good hotel cuts in expendable facilities not in cleanlines and hygiene. elena, from Spain ~ 17th Nov 2009
