Nearby a tube stop and in a safe residential area, though a little strange that there are no staff on the premises ever... Also they swipe your credit card instead of doing a cash deposit which annoyed me. For the price it is an excellent value: free toast in the morning, free internet, good rooms and commodities. The cleaning staff are great and if you desire something to be cleaner they are more than happy to honour your request. Would definitely stay there again. Allison, from USA ~ 31st Jan 2009
