I think that the wireless internet downstairs could be improved. I found that I could only get a good enough signal to stay connected in the internet room. Also, just a security comment. I was able to come back after I checked out to get my bag downstairs without showing ID. Even though it was my luggage I was getting, I think it would be prudent to check IDs when giving out the Luggage Key. Other than that everything was Great.
