Hi GOOD is: the Location-perfect for camden town fans(at least 10 buses stop outside the hostel heading out-good pubs. BAD: BE aware that the rooms are VERY SMALL(almost as they made a challenge out of putting as much bunk beds in one small rooms.2-3 double bunks are in a closet like room-mixt dorm.Breakfast is simple but ok.Tv room and kitchen.cooking is fine. EXTRA-cost: Lockers extra,Towles are extra,and if you wanna put your luggage is storage,that is Extra to. Take-Bus N5/5 t.golders

The location was good, but the staff was unprofessional. The facilities were not clean or comfortable at all. Upon changing plans and leaving two nights earlier than planned, we were informed that, though we gave plenty of notice, our money would not be refunded to us. I was very dissatisfied with the service and accommodations, would never stay at Smart Camden again, and would not recommend it to myself.
