Also crucial is security, with is why we have installed the latest key card system that means that you won’t have any surprise visitors and you can come and go any time of the day or night. We also have lockers which you can use your own padlock or hire one. Also available are larger lockers (covered by CCTV) for rent at £2 a day, giving you the confidence to get out and enjoy London. We offer 6 or 9 beds mixed dormitory rooms, whereas 1 room is female only dormitory. EXTRA SERVICES Secure Lockers for rent, covered by 24/7 CCTV. Towel Rental Power Adaptors The Birds Hostel Policies and Conditions: A £5 deposit is taken on arrival for the door access card for the building and your room. If you are travelling from Stansted Airport, the National Express takes you here in just over 1 h. From the London City Airport take the DLR Stratford International to Stratford DLR Station (8 stops). Than get the Stratford Underground Station Central to Leytonstone Station (2 stops). Following take the exit and head northeast on Church Ln toward Leytonstone Station Underpass, tan turn left onto High Rd Leytonstone. Destination will be on the right.
Located Near
Leytonstone is the home of Alfred Hitchcock and we are located right in the middle of it. It is also here that David Beckham was born. Leytonstone has a vast artistic crowd, very friendly neighbourhood and is near to Westfield Stratford, which makes it an awesome location. Leytonstone (zone 3) is on the Central line 12 min to Liverpool street and the heart of East London with all the trendy bars and clubs and 25 min to Oxford Circus, the heart of London. Stansted Airport is 1h away from us.
