This property has specific Terms & Conditions.Taxed are not included. Our check-in hours are anytime between 9am and 7pm, but occasionally we make exceptions for guests arriving late from the airport. Check-out: 12 noon. We require a 24-hour cancellation notice from our guests. We have a three-night minimum stay. We only accept cash; payment is due upon check-in. Breakfast is included; our guests are welcome to use our kitchen - we keep our refrigerators stocked fully prepared for them to cook their meals.

The Mansion is in close proximity to the USC campus and downtown Los Angeles. From the I-10 West, take the Arlington exit and we're only minutes away. Students visiting from abroad can take advantage of the Exposition Train which goes directly to the college.

From Arlington Avenue, turn right onto 37th, left onto Cimarron Street, and take the first right onto Rochester Circle.
