Our brand new townhouse-style property provides a warm hospitable environment for guests visiting from abroad, relocating for new opportunities, or just looking for a change of scenery. From clean comfortable beds to our beautifully furnished rooms, visitors can look forward to a restful night's sleep and an overall pleasant stay. Sir Ruthelen is conveniently located near several Los Angeles attractions (IE: County Museum of Art, Museum of Contemporary Art, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Kodak Theatre, Grauman's Chinese Theatre, the Capitol Records Building, The Grove mall (where celebrities are often spotted), LACMA, Beverly Center, the Hollywood Walk Of Fame, Tour Buses, Shops, and Dining). At Sir Ruthelen, we strive to provide our guests with an 'at home' experience by providing amenities like free cable & WiFi, complimentary breakfast food, washer and dryer, and a friendly and helpful staff. This property has specific Terms & Conditions.Please note: Check in/Check out time. Our check-in hours are between 2PM and 7PM, but occasionally we make exceptions for guests arriving late from the airport. Our check-out time is at 11AM - this is specifically for the room only, however, our guests are welcome to stay (after the check-out time) in the common areas while they make arrangements for their departure. We require a 24-hour cancellation notice from our guests. We have a two-night minimum stay. We accept cash and credit (all credit transactions have a 3% tax). We provide our guests with complimentary breakfast food, and they are welcome to use our kitchen (to cook their meals and store their own food).

For guests who will be travelling to Sir Ruthelen from LAX: Take the Sepulveda Blvd North/CA-1 N ramp. Merge onto S Sepulveda Blvd. Turn slight left onto S La Cienega Blvd. Turn slight right onto Stocker St. Turn left onto Crenshaw Blvd. Turn right onto W Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Turn left onto Arlington Ave. Turn right onto Exposition Blvd. Turn left onto Ruthelen St. 3777 is the second house on the left.

Our hostel is in close proximity to the USC campus and downtown Los Angeles. From the I-110 freeway, take the Exposition Blvd. exit and we are only minutes away. Students visiting from abroad can take advantage of the Exposition Train conveniently located across the street from our hostel which goes directly to the college.
