We've got a $45 door-to-door shuttle to USA Hostels San Francisco. Guests under 16 permitted only in private rooms unless an entire dorm is rented. Parents with young children must contact the hostel prior to booking. Our hostel is known for its nighttime lounge activities and parties so we may not be the best location for those looking for a sedate atmosphere. |

This property has specific Terms & Conditions.Changes/cancellations up to 6pm, California time, day before arrival. Late cancellations/no-shows charged first night's accommodation. We try to put people traveling together in the same room. However, due to availability and/or booking patterns, there is a slight chance parties booking dorms will be in separate rooms. Please note this hostel is known for late-night activities and is for guests looking for a lively atmosphere. It is not suitable for children or those looking for a quiet getaway.

From LAX airport:
By Shuttle/Train - $8.50
FlyAway Shuttle: If you are exiting baggage claim between 6am and 11pm, follow signs for FlyAway Bus, Long Distance Vans. Find the FlyAway bus going to Union Station. You will pay $7 for the bus. Once you arrive at Union Station, take the Metro Red Line toward North Hollywood and get off at Hollywood and Vine station. When exiting the station, turn left onto Hollywood Blvd. Walk 5 blocks to Schrader Blvd and turn left. The hostel will be half-a-block down on Schrader Blvd on your left.
Direct Shuttle - $16
SuperShuttle: If you are exiting baggage claim between 11pm and 6am your options are a cab ($50-$100 depending on time of day and route) or one of the direct shuttles. We recommend Super Shuttle. You might also wish to take this door-to-door shuttle if you want to transport directly to the hostel. At LAX, follow signs for Shared Ride Vans. Find the person in a blue SuperShuttle jacket or t-shirt and ask for a SuperShuttle to USA Hostels Hollywood (1624 Schrader Blvd.).
From the Greyhound station in downtown Los Angeles:
The best way would be a short cab ride to the Amtrak Station and then follow the directions listed below from there.
From Amtrak's Union Station:
Take subway towards North Hollywood and get off at Hollywood/Vine Station. Exit the station and turn left (towards Vine Street) onto Hollywood Blvd. Turn left on Schrader Blvd. The hostel will be half-a-block down on Schrader Blvd on your left.
Coming from San Francisco?
MegaBus has direct service from San Fran. Our front desk staff can give you directions to their pick up location.
Coming from San Diego?
