Very clean, and great place to stay. A bit far from the train station and restaurants, but Luzern isn't that big so it really wasn't that far (maybe a 10 minute walk) Sean, from USA ~ 20th Oct 2009

Staff were amongst the best we've come across. The lady serving breakfast was amazing, so efficient, cheerful and helpful. The gentleman working behind the scenes in the kitchen was as well. Both reception staff and room maintenance staff were great also! The hotel was perfectly located and comfortable, but the staff made the difference. Would definitely recommend.
