Hostal Castilla I is located in an historical building totally renewed in the center of Madrid. Our central location means that you can walk to the many nearby attractions such as Puerta Del Sol, Atocha Station, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace and the Museum of Prado, to name but a few.

Take Line 1 to "Antón Martín" station.
Walk 50 metres on Calle Atocha (in the direction of Plaza Mayor) until you get to the hostel.
How do you get there from Barajas Airport?

From Madrid Barajas Airport, take the metro.
Take line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios station.
Afterwards, from Nuevos Ministerios take line 10 to "Tribunal" station, and from there change to Line 1, and get off at "Antón Martín" station.
Walk 50 metres on Calle Atocha (in the direction of Plaza Mayor) until you get to the hostel.
How do you get there from Méndez Álvaro bus station?

When you are in Méndez Álvaro South Bus Station, take the metro.
Take the metro Line 6 in Méndez Álvaro station.
Continue on Line 6 to Pacífico station.
Next, change to Line 1 in Pacífico station.
Continue to Antón Martín station.
Walk 50 metres on Calle Atocha (in the driection of Plaza Mayor) until you get to the hostel.

In Avenida América bus station, take the metro.
Take Line 6 from Avenida América station.
Change to Cuatro Caminos station to the metro Line 1.
