Ok.. if you want to meet people and socialize, this is not a hostel for you, this is a place where people go after a long day of work or sightseeing.. at midnight life stops, which could be seen as an advantage if you want to sleep well. Usual traffic noise level is to be expected as it is on Gran Vía, but it has the advantages of having a nice view and being highly accessable (close to Callao, Sol) The couple running the hostel is really nice, no matter what type of restaurant you a Gerda, from Hungary ~ 9th Nov 2009
