We arrived at this hostel, but were told that we would have a room instead at a "sister" hostel up the street. I cannot comment directly on this particular hostel, but watch out for a potential bait and switch

We stayed in a private 3 bed with private bathroom. It was clean and extremely affordable. The location is perfect...walking distance to Sol, Gran Via, Chueca, The Prado, etc. The walls are very thin so not recommended for light sleepers and they strictly enforce guest rules (in other words, don't expect to bring any friends to stay the night without paying an extra night for them).

The Tapas Tour with Pedro (I think) was awesome! He was fun, the tapas and drinks were good, and it was a deal for only €10.

Great location near Plaza Sta. Ana. Very clean, more than most hostals. Quiet for a big city.

When we arrived at the hostel(5pm) we were told that they dont have a room for two of us.And gave us no further explaination. I told them that this is not acceptable, that they are unproffessional, and I demanded a room. After the girl at the desk called someone, they \"magically\" had a free room. The room itself was poor in quality,in a basement, and the blankets were very old and dirty.THere are far better hostels in the same area for the cheaper price!!!!
