Edelweiss Pension emphasize relaxation and enjoyment. The hotel combines the amenities of a modern hotel with traditional values. The building that dates back to the 18th century was completely renovated in 2010, but preserved it's typical rustic style. The hotel has 15 comfortable rooms, a billiard room and a lavish spa. The Alpine-style hotel restaurant is designed for 30 people; there is also a small bar and a comfortable lobby awaiting our guests. The wellness area is equipped with infrared sauna, steam sauna, steam bath, showers and two cozy whirlpools. In addition, we offer our guests a modern fitness area, a Game Room with billiards, chess and free wireless internet connection in the entire building. There is also a smokers area. We offer our guests a heated ski room and a parking lot with video-surveillance. Edelweiss Pension rooms are newly refurbished in pastoral-rustic style. All rooms are equipped with a newly installed bath and toilet, mini-bar, safe, phone, TFT-LCD and hair dryer. Most rooms have a balcony overlooking the lovely panorama of the Alps. Edelweiss Pension has : 4 single rooms , 8 double rooms ( king size bed or twin beds ), 1 room for 3 persons and 1 apartament for 4 persons ( 2 adults + 2 children). Mallnitz ski resort - Carinthia area: The starting point for mountain roads and trails is directly in front of the hotel. To routes higher than 1600m a bus, which too, stops right in front of our hotel will bring you. During winter time, the bus (free around town) to the Ankogel slopes and the Malltaler glacier in the neighboring village Flattach stops practically in front of the house.
