CaNostra in Mallorca, Spain

Very dirty sheets (bleach them, than it is clean ...). Blood marks were on it!!! The bathroom was very "hairy". But it was cleaned after remark. The stuff was not competent and not able to accept criticism. It is very difficult to go to another location from there without a car. But there are beautyful beaches in neightbor villages.

It was explained to this customer that our bedding is very old. While there may be some marks on the sheets they are clean and laundered at high temperatures with good quality detergent. The bathroom was checked after the comment but the customers had already showered in it so hard to tell whether the hairs were theirs or not. All complaints were dealt with immediately (within 5 minutes of asking) so how staff are incompetent is a mystery, take a look at our other reviews and see what other guests thought of the staff! Finally if the place is so bad why did these customers decide to stay an extra night on top of their original reservation?! At a guess it would be because they could not find better value accomodation anywhere in Mallorca.
