First Reach Matara Town, then Reach the ' Pamburana Junction' and drive along the road towards the sea side.Then take a Right from the 3 Way Junction and come along about 100 meters along the curvy road. Then you will find another 3 way junction . Take the Right from it.Then come straight along the road about 20 meters and you will find another 3 way junction, Turn Left from it.
Come along about 50 meters and you will find another 3 way junction which connects to the Beach road ( no name boards, but the road runs along the coast line) turn right from the junction and come along the Beach Road about 30 meters and you will see a Name board saying 'Ravana Ridge' on to the right. its just in front of the sea, easy to find.
