Layang Layang Guest House is located at Blacksmith Street, which is known today as Jalan Tukang Besi. It is only one-minute walk to Jonker Street (Jonker Walk). It is the best location during your exploration in one of the oldest heritage sites in Malaysia, which is preserved till today.
The guesthouse has been fully restored since 2013. It has a total of 20 fully air-conditioned rooms and 8 shared bathrooms which are clean and well-maintained at all times and equipped with quality toilet amenities.
Combined with modern and heritage design, we assure our guests staying with pleasure and views of the heritage street. Carefully selected room furniture, cozy lobby, and a secret garden create a clean, soothing, and comfortable environment for your breakaway relaxation experience.

1. Our check-in time is 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm only. An additional RM 10 per hour per room will be charged for any late check-in after 10.00 pm. We are also pleased to keep your luggage if you arrive before 2.00 pm. We shall not attend to any late check-in from 12.00 am until 9.00 am the next day.
2. Three (3) days advance notice for free cancellation.
3. All payments are made to the guesthouse by cash only upon arrival.

BY TAXI FROM KLIA / KLIA 2
The charges are between RM 150 to RM 200 directly to Layang Layang Guest House. You may get a taxi from the airport or prebook with Sam Tay by ph(phone number hidden)) or by email ((email hidden)) to Layang Layang Guest House.
BY BUS FROM MELAKA SENTRAL
You can take local bus No. 17 at Bay 6, 7 or 8 (bus fare is RM1.50), or red bus Panorama from Melaka Sentral.
Layang Layang Guest House is about 5 to 10 minute walk from Malacca Clock Tower. Therefore, get off the bus at the Malacca Clock Tower.
From the Malacca Clock Tower, you need to cross the road and walk across the river via a bridge. Then, you will be at the junction of Jonker Street (Jalan Hang Jebat) and you can see “San Shu Gong” (the red building after Hard Rock Cafe) from that standpoint. “San Shu Gong” will be in front of you, to your right.
Turn to your right towards Lorong Hang Jebat and continue to walk for about 1 minute, until you see an Orang Utan souvenir shop on your left. Turn to the street on your left and continue to walk for about 1 minute. You will then see Layang Layang Guest House (a black and white building) on your right.
BY TAXI FROM MELAKA SENTRAL
The most convenient option is to take a taxi. The price should not be more than RM 20 unless if it is midnight. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to reach Layang Layang Guest House.
