Ever since the awarding of the world heritage historical site in year 2008, Layang Layang aims to work hand in hand with the world heritage organization in preserving our building to the most originality as it is today. Also not forgetting the lifestyle of the local Malacca people.

Wooden craft furniture, antique decorations, fine wall painting, courtyard garden with fish pond had been added for the maximum artistic energy atmosphere.

Our objective is to cater travellers that are looking for the most comfortable, clean, relaxing hospitality and more reasonable pricing from all around the world.

Local bus - Bus No. 17 (Bus fare is RM1.00) from Melaka Sentral. The Layang-Layang Guest House is about 10-15 minutes walk from the Malacca Clock Tower, therefore get off the bus at the Malacca Clock Tower.

From Malacca Clock Tower you need to cross the road and go across the river via the bridge, by then you will be at the junction of Jonker street (Jalan Hang Jebat) and you can see 'San Shu Gong' (The red building after Hard Rock Cafe) from that stand point in front of you to your right. Turn to your right towards Lorong Hang Jebat and continue walking for about 2 minutes, until you see an Orang Utan souvenir shop on your left.

Turn to the left street and continue walking about 2 minutes you will find the Layang Layang Guest House (A black and white building) on your left.

Layang Layang Guest House which is located at “The harmony Street” (Black Smith Street) or Jalan Tukang Besi in “Malay” today. It is also situated along with the better known Jonker Street a.k.a Jonker Walk , the famous local Chinese night market and Heeren Street.
