Hostel on the Beach in Miami, United States

The worst hostel ever. When we arrived, there was nobody there so we had to find the number and call the staff that told us how to get into our room. We did not have a kitchen for the first days neither did we have soap or toilet paper the first days. The office is closed weekends. The staff was not very service minded. No one after 5PM to receive us, just a phone number to call : but what do you do if you have no phone ? We bought a complete room (4 beds) but the door room didnot close with key (they gave us a key but it was not working) and as there is nobody to complain to... The price on the website is not the one they charge you with (they add some kind of taxes) : for instance we paid $ 61 instead of $ 54 remaining to pay according to Hostel.com : so : not satisfied at all !!!
